Sagra delle fragole – Nemi – 2023
La Sagra delle Fragole a Nemi è un evento annuale che si tiene nella città di Nemi, situata sulle colline a sud di Roma, in Italia. Questa festa della fragola si tiene generalmente durante il mese di giugno e dura un weekend intero.
La sagra è famosa perché celebra il prodotto agricolo tipico della zona: la fragola di Nemi, una varietà di fragola piccola ma molto profumata. Durante la festa, le fragole di Nemi sono il protagonista assoluto e vengono utilizzate in molte delle specialità culinarie locali. Tra queste ci sono la torta di fragole, il gelato alla fragola, la macedonia di fragole e il frullato di fragole fresche.
